The A series spherical metal grommet firewall fitting is all aluminum and requires only one hole in the firewall. It has a 1 inch aluminum ball with a swivel angle up to 50 degrees from straight. It is held on the firewall with one 1 5/16 aluminum nut. Assembly weighs only 1.3oz-1.5oz (.08lb-.09lb) depending on ball hole size.
This product does NOT meet FAR 23.1191 and AC 20-135 requirements for certified aircraft.
